Isabella Donnelly
Isabella is co-founder and Company Director of Grebot Donnelly, co-author of the book Promoting your School and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. With both in-house and consultancy experience Isabella has worked across a variety of sectors and industries. From strategic and tactical marketing campaigns to her training repertoire, she has a proven track record delivering to headteachers, principals, bursars and governors.
Isabella’s schools’ experience covers all maintained sectors and the devised, bespoke strategies have played a leading role in the reversal of fortune of many schools that went from closure, due to a falling roll, to schools that are currently oversubscribed. Her work with academies has proven similarly productive, despite many challenging circumstances with tight deadlines and budgets. Isabella has worked on the whole spectrum of stages from feasibility to implementation through to sustainability. She now trains representatives from a wide range of academies throughout England via the SSAT network. A key strength and value added element of Isabella’s work with schools and academies has been the development of the unique Grebot Donnelly student ambassador programme.
Background

Isabella has worked in the marketing field for over 25 years, both in the commercial and education sector. The breadth and depth of experience that she brings are unparalleled in this sector. Isabella’s communication and consultations skills are excellent as is her experience. Whether working with individual schools, academies or local authorities, or delivering training, Isabella adds value to every project in which she is involved.
